Worst Blogger In The World Award Goes To...

ME! Because I haven't blogged since February! lol.

So, since February, I have:

Made a few DalekAnnieUm's, and stopped for a while because my computer likes to overheat when I edit videos... (hopefully this will be fixed soon and I can make more videos!)

Acquired a boyfriend, whom I have fallen head over headstone for. I went to prom with said boyfriend, and have been spending quite a bit of my time with him since. <3 His birthday is coming up in July, and I'm excited for that, because I have already figured out what I'm giving him! By the way, he's a Doctor Who Geek like me!

I turned 19 and had myself a TARDIS cake. Yummy!!!

The new series of Doctor Who has started! This makes me a very happy camper. The first 2 episodes The Impossible Astronaut & Day of the Moon were simply fantastic. My new favorite character was in both, and will hopefully be coming back for more. When all the episodes are aired before the Who-Middle-Of-The-Season Break, I will be making a DalekAnnieUm reviewing the first half of this series. I don't care what I have to do to make this computer stay on, I'm making my review! So stay tuned!

The world almost ended today... but then it didn't. Silly people, predicting the end of the world before it's time! Don't you know, the world is ending on Yule 2012! **rolls eyes**

So, I'd say it's been a good 4ish months! Check back for links to the Doctor Who Series 6 Part 1 review episode of DalekAnnieUm!! <3

DalekAnnieUm

Hi :)

I know I've barely blogged since the beginning of the new year... I've been busy!!
I've been working on a video series on Youtube called "DalekAnnieUm..." I'm sure some of you get the reference. Dalekanium is the metal used to construct Daleks, the Doctor's biggest foe. And since I got my Dalek hat, that's the name I've been going by online :)

My first video had to do with Weeping Angels, Rassilon's career, and Captain Jack/Davros. My next video, coming up this week is having to do with the Doctor's wedding... to his daughter... Along with Parallel Universes and Fish Custard. This second video is bound to be longer and more entertaining than the last, with a special Dalek guest star :)

Anyway, I'm not sure how long this video series is going to be, I have quite a few things I'd like to do for it. That's basically what I've been up to, along with spending some time with my mum :) who I love.

So, you can all find me on Youtube or Twitter!!

XoXo <3

Daleks in Whooville!!

HI!! I haven't written anything here in a looong time, so I thought I would now :)

Yesterday was an eventful day. My mom and I met with Al L. at Java Joys to talk about my schooling. I have gotten basically everything figured out, I just have to talk to TAGOS about it, probably tomorrow, and I will have everything squared away and ready.

We caught up with Al, because we hadn't seen him since the end of the school year last year. He's doing fantastically, and I had a wonderful time.

Al eventually had to run, and mom and I left about the same time he did. Before we left, Nathan, who works at Java Joys, stopped me and asked me what my hat was. I told him it was a Dalek, from Doctor Who. He said "Oh, I know what that is! I have kids who watch that stuff." Looking at this guy, you wouldn't think he was older than 30, so that explained the look of confusion on my face at this remark. He went on to say "They read the books too. That's with Whooville, right?" I kind of laughed, which I feel bad for now, but I mean... You would have giggled a little too. I explained what Doctor Who actually was, and that the thing represented on my head was a killing machine from the show. He looked at me like I was insane, nodded, said something along the lines of "that's very interesting," and then wished us a good day.

I loved yesterday.

Extermineren! Extermineren!

'Ello all!!
My Dalek hat got here today :) There are no pictures yet, but there will be by the end of the day!!

Beth's Craft Shop is the place to go if you want to buy a knitted character hat!! She's amazing at what she does. I bought my friend Hayley a Gir hat for Christmas, and I bought myself the Dalek hat (first of it's kind) and they are both absolutely FANTASTIC. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else for hats based on movies, tv shows, books, video games, etc. Gir and Dalek hat photos below.
